In my practice, I offer childbirth preparation courses in small groups, where you can engage in intensive exchange with other expectant mothers.

Small group

What could be better than sharing experiences? In a small group, you can exchange them, learn from each other, and navigate the final stages of pregnancy together. I always try to connect expectant mothers at a similar stage of pregnancy (32-34 weeks) so that the connection can be maintained even after the birth.

Mothers & Fathers

In three morning courses, expectant mothers learn everything relevant to preparing for childbirth and the first few weeks with their new baby. Partners are also prepared. In a short, engaging online meeting on the weekend, other family members can expand their knowledge and ask any questions they may have. This way, everyone is involved and can prepare for this new chapter in life.
