Over the years, I have continued my education in many areas in order to be able to put together the most comprehensive range of services possible for you. And please see it as exactly that: a range of services.

How and what we include in your care is entirely up to you!

1 / CONSULTATION

We will get to know each other in a one-on-one conversation, during which I will answer your important questions.

What do you expect from me as your midwife?

How can I best support you?

What will our journey through this exciting time look like? What do I offer?

Who actually covers the costs?

2 / CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION CLASS

In a small group, you will learn the most important basics of birth preparation together with other expectant mothers from your area.

We will take a look at your maternity log, pack your hospital bag together, and I will give you and your partner important tips for the birth.

3 x 3 Morning hours in my practice

  • with 4-5 other expectant mothers

1 x 3 Hours online

  • with your family over the weekend

3 /  BREASTFEEDING COUNSELING

Breastfeeding a baby is arguably the most intense connection between mother and child. This makes it all the more important to get off to the right start with this miracle. If you are open to breastfeeding, we will prepare you for it at your own pace, discuss the exact procedures, and I will provide you with plenty of help and exercises.

4 / ACUPUNCTURE & K-TAPING

Your body undergoes extreme changes during pregnancy—and not just externally. This can manifest itself in back pain, swollen legs, and similar symptoms. Acupuncture is a very effective and wonderful form of support, which I have learned and grown to love over the years through numerous training courses.

5 / POSTNATAL CARE

The birth of your child marks the beginning of a new phase in your life. By providing intensive care in your own home, I can accompany you through this time. From breastfeeding to changing diapers and monitoring your baby's development, I will help you with all my experience.

6 / RECOVERY COURSE

Your body undergoes extreme changes during pregnancy—and not just externally. This can manifest itself in back pain, swollen legs, and similar symptoms. Acupuncture is a very effective and wonderful form of support, which I have learned and grown to love over the years through numerous training courses.

  • for spontaneous delivery from the 8th week after delivery

  • for cesarean section from approx. the 12th week after delivery

7 / BABY MASSAGE

You both deserve a little break—mom and baby. At my practice, you can learn soothing massages for your little one's tummy, feet, and hands together with other moms. Not only does this strengthen your bond, it's also a wonderful ritual that is beneficial for both body and soul.

Total cost for 3 x 1 hour: 70€

This course is a self-pay service and is generally NOT covered by health insurance companies.

You don't have to be under my care to take part in this course, and you are welcome to request to participate together with a friend.
